At Black Girl Finance we are different, we design our wellbeing workshops to build your staff's financial resilience.
Financial resilience is great during stable economic times, but is essential during this current cost of living crisis. Whether your staff are vocal about it, they are concerned and whilst you may not be able to delivery pay rises to everyone to tackle the cost of living crisis, you can ensure that you build your staffs financial resilience and capabilities.
Don't worry, whilst our talks do involve discussions around the importance of pensions, savings and tackling debt, we won't spend an hour discussing just a single finance topic relevant to only 1 person in the room. We take your staff through our workshop framework, so that by the end of the session your staff will have created a plan relevant to them and their own financial circumstances. Personal finance will always be just that "personal".
Lauren who is a 21 year old apprentice, will probably not leave the session with the same plan as Sue who has one week left before she retires from work. We get your staff to ignore the financial noise and headlines and focus on their individual finance needs.
By the end of a workshop staff will always take away the following:
Our workshops have been delivered in various DEI networks, whether thats to celebrate international women's day or black history month or simply to bring money conversation to staff who have protected characteristics.
Our founder has written about the impacts of the gender and ethnicity pay gaps that exist in the UK and beyond extensively in media and in her book.
What are waiting for? Give us a call to discuss your needs.
